Requesting a return or exchange
Use our Contact page and include your order number, the item concerned and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and confirm eligibility and next steps for that order.
Before returning an item
Please do not send an item back without return instructions. Return eligibility can depend on the product, its condition and the circumstances of the order.
Condition of returned items
If a return is approved, keep the item in the condition in which it was received and retain any original packaging, labels and included accessories until return instructions are confirmed.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once processing or fulfilment has begun.
Refunds and exchanges
Where a return, refund or exchange is approved, the specific resolution and instructions will be confirmed for the order before the item is sent back.
